Abogado del piloto que manejó el helicóptero en el que murió Kobe Bryant culpó a los pasajeros por la tragedia

El accidente aéreo que causó la muerte de Kobe Bryant y de su hija Gianna sorprendió al mundo entero. Y hoy, a cuatro meses de la tragedia, las declaraciones del abogado del piloto que manejaba el helicóptero escandalizan a todos.

La batalla judicial comenzó con una demanda por homicidio involuntario que Vanessa Bryant inició contra la compañía de helicópteros Island Express. Durante el proceso, el representante legal del piloto Ara George Zobayan (quien también murió en el accidente), responsabilizó a los pasajeros del vuelo por lo que sucedió.

Según informa People en Español, el abogado expresó: “Cualquier lesión o daño a los demandantes y/o su difunto fue causado directamente en su totalidad o en parte por negligencia o culpa de los demandantes y/o su difunto, incluido su conocimiento y encuentro voluntario con los riesgos involucrados, y que esta negligencia fue un factor sustancial en causar sus supuestos daños, por lo que este demandado que responde no tiene ninguna responsabilidad”.

Tras el fatídico hecho, Vanessa también inició una demanda contra el departamento de policía de Los Angeles, ya que según afirmó, desde allí se compartieron fotos de los cadáveres, lo que generó un daño emocional a toda la familia.
